Hi all just a quick few questions. I’m into my second week and feel like I need a salad I’ve always been big on salad can I replace some of the meals that have cauliflower or zucchini for salad instead? Secondly why can I have cream if needed on a fasting day in my coffee and not milk? I’m enjoying most of the meals which surprised me. So far so good 😊
