Hey Stu,
Typically once your body is fat adapted (Which I know it is because you sent a pic of your keto stick which was clearly purple) if you are hungry, it’s fine to eat. Your body will send you the correct signals, not driven by highs and lows of blood sugar which you experience with carbohydrate based diets. So if you are hungry, its probably because you need more calories. Try 20g of nuts and 10g of dark chocolate and see if that hits the spot 🙂
