Hi Carol, well done for sticking with the plan and the 2kg loss so far. It’s normal to feel a bit rough on week one. You are right that it is your body detoxing and changing over from a lifetime of burning carbs to fat as its primary fuel source. It’s a big change and there will be some adjustments but the good stuff is coming! Once your body is fat adapted, you will start to feel better. Keep it up!
