First week

    My first week on the plan happened to be in the same week as a 5-day trek and bike ride in the central Austraila outback. Sticking to the fundamentals and even fasting, not once did lack the energy I needed. With limited cooking resources a heap of nuts, veg, tinned tuna and chicken I was able to do it!
