It’s just day one and the meals were flavorful beyond words. My only complaint was feeling light headed around 3:30-4. Couldn’t figure out if I was hungry or thirsty. Yep, been drinking water all day. Once I had dinner, I felt a surge of energy again. Part of the change, right?
Week one found out that although for the last few months I was quitting sugar , I probably wasn’t quitting enough. I can’t begin to say how delicious & flavoursome my food has been this week.
I have felt very weak and struggled in some spin classes, but like others think this is my body detoxing.
I feel lighter in weight but not slimmer. I am looking forward to the half way point to measure and weigh
