Week 2 going steady

    It’s week two and I’ve been pretty good about sticking to keto plan. My main accomplishment … haven’t had any bread, biscuits, potatoes, and other fav carbs. Although I miss some of these foods, I do feel better overall. My body seems to be happier and healthier. My weight has dropped by about 3 or so kilos but that happened last week and now I’m going steady. Looking forward to the next weight drop; I could use it. Not happy carrying around a good helping of belly fat.

    Well done Dave, I am the same as you, first week dropped the weight and now holding steady. Have stuck to the plan and although miss my sweets, going well.

      Good on you Carol! The weight loss is great, but how you are going to feel will be the best part.

    Hey Dave!
    You are doing great to change those eating habits. Keep up the great work! Not that it really feels like work to eat this way.
