It’s week two and I’ve been pretty good about sticking to keto plan. My main accomplishment … haven’t had any bread, biscuits, potatoes, and other fav carbs. Although I miss some of these foods, I do feel better overall. My body seems to be happier and healthier. My weight has dropped by about 3 or so kilos but that happened last week and now I’m going steady. Looking forward to the next weight drop; I could use it. Not happy carrying around a good helping of belly fat.
