Let’s face it. There is nothing better than the smell and taste of freshly baked bread. Straight from the oven, you cut a piece and as steam streams out, you spread butter and watch it melt as you salivate.
This is one of the things I thought I would sorely miss when I embarked on a keto diet, but thank god for almond meal and having the patience to try and try again until I perfected this delicious Keto Bread which only has 5g of total carbs per slice!
Give it to a loyal carb eatin’ bread lover, and I guarantee that they will not know the difference and possibly even enjoy this delicious bread alternative to the real thing.

What you will need:
7 Medium Eggs
2 Cups of Almond Flour
50 Grams of Butter (Preferably organic or grass fed)
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
1.5 tsp Stevia
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 Tbs Sesame seeds
How to create the deliciousness!
- Preheat oven to 180/360.
- Line a loaf tray with grease proof paper and spray with oil.
- In a bowl add eggs and whisk for around 1-2 minutes
- Add all other ingredients OTHER THAN SESAME SEEDS and whisk until all ingredients are combined
- Cook for 45 minutes then remove. Serve with butter and a slice of cheese for a perfect
