BACON AND EGG BREAKFAST SQUARE

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Lightly cover a small square or round ramekin in spray oil and place the piece of cooked bacon at the bottom
  3. Break two eggs over bacon, season with salt and pepper then place asparagus spears on top
  4. Place tomato slices to cover the asparagus and crack one final whole egg on top and cover with Parmesan, salt and pepper
  5. Place the ramekin into the microwave for 90 seconds and then transfer to the oven, on the top level to crisp the cheese. Cook until the center feels solid. (Around 7 minutes)
  6. Sprinkle smoked paprika and chopped parsley (optional) over and serve
