BACON AND EGG BREAKFAST SQUARE

THIS MEAL IS FOR BREAKFAST
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins | Serves: 1 people | Difficulty: Easy

- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Lightly cover a small square or round ramekin in spray oil and place the piece of cooked bacon at the bottom
- Break two eggs over bacon, season with salt and pepper then place asparagus spears on top
- Place tomato slices to cover the asparagus and crack one final whole egg on top and cover with Parmesan, salt and pepper
- Place the ramekin into the microwave for 90 seconds and then transfer to the oven, on the top level to crisp the cheese. Cook until the center feels solid. (Around 7 minutes)
- Sprinkle smoked paprika and chopped parsley (optional) over and serve

- 50 grams
- Tomato
- 1/2 med
- Salt and Pepper

- 35 grams

Fantastic breakfast! I am not keen of egg yolks so I wished them before adding.
