BACON EGG AND AVOCADO STACK
THIS MEAL IS FOR BREAKFAST
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins | Serves: 1 people | Difficulty: Easy
- In a hot pan, place two egg rings and spray pan and rings with oil. Crack two medium sized eggs. Add bacon on the side and cook until bacon crisps and eggs start to firm up. If the eggs are still runny on the top, add two Tablespoons of water and cover with a lid for 60 seconds
- Remove one egg and plate is yolk side up. Add one thin slice of tomato, bacon, 1/4 avocado sliced, then a squirt of no added sugar tomato sauce and light sour cream. Place the other egg on top, yolk down. Enjoy!
