BEEF AND BROCCOLI

THIS MEAL IS FOR LUNCHES & DINNERS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a hot pan, add three teaspoons of oil or animal fat. I use Grass Fed Angus Beef fat. Then add finely sliced beef and roughly chopped broccoli and cook on a high heat for around two minutes until beef and broccoli are coated in oil
  2. Add one teaspoon of oyster sauce, one teaspoon of soy sauce or coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for a further three minutes and remove
  3. Top with 1.5 Tablespoons of light sour cream and serve
