CHEESY BEEF STEAK WITH SPINACH

THIS MEAL IS FOR LUNCHES & DINNERS
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins | Serves: 1 people | Difficulty: Easy

- In a hot pan, add one teaspoon of oil and place heavily salted beef steak and cook on a high heat for three minutes without moving so it can form a crust and retain the juices. Flip and repeat.
- In a small pot, add 20ml cream, 20g cream cheese, 20g Mozzarella, a pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir until all ingredients have melted together and become smooth and silky
- Once beef is cooked, remove and let it rest. Add to the same pan the roughly chopped spinach leaf and season with salt and pepper and one Tablespoon of cream and cook for around two minutes
- Plate spinach, top with steak and cheese sauce

Fantastic dinner! Cooked on the grill. Also, added a little more cream to the sauce-thickens quickly.
