CHEESY LOW CARB MUFFINS

THIS MEAL IS FOR SNACKS
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 20 mins | Serves: 8 people | Difficulty: Easy

- Preheat oven to 180/360
- In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and stir through. Make a well in the middle.
- Melt butter and pour in the middle and stir through. Then adding eggs and cream. With a spoon, mix through till all ingredients are combined.
- Stir through cheese and then divide mix into eight muffin holes
- Cook for 15 minutes then remove

- Salt Himalayan Rock
- 3/4 tsp

- 50 grams
- Cheese - Mozzarella, Edam or Parmesan
- 100 grams
