CHOCOLATE NUT CHEESECAKE BOMBS

THIS MEAL IS FOR SNACKS
Prep Time: 10 mins | | Serves: 12 people | Difficulty: Easy

- Soften cream cheese and add stevia, cream, coconut oil, vanilla, cocoa, almond meal and chocolate protein powder and with a hand mixer, combine until smooth
- Blitz 150g of mixed nuts and add to the mix
- Line a small silicon muffin tray with oil and seperate mixture into 12 small mini muffin wells
- Freeze and seperate into small zip lock bags. Keep in the freezer until ready to consume

- 200 grams
- Cream - Thickened
- 30 mls
- Stevia - Granulated
- 2 1/2 Tbs
- Oil - Coconut
- 2 1/2 Tbs
- Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons
- cocoa - no added sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbs
- Almond Meal
- 3 Tbs
- Whey protein - low carb chocolate
- 50 grams
- Nuts - Almonds, Mac, Cashews, Walnuts
- 150 grams
