CRISPY SKIN SALMON WITH BUTTER FRIED GREENS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add asparagus, brocollini and finely chopped Brussel sprouts in the same pan and add two teaspoons of butter. Season with salt and coat with butter. Turn Salmon and cook for a further three or four minutes and remove
  2. In a hot frying pan, add two teaspoons of oil and add salt seasoned salmon skin side down and cook for three minutes without moving the salmon.
  3. Plate asparagus and brocollini and place salmon on top. Add a dollop of sour cream and scatter fried Brussel sprouts around the outside.
  4. Season with cracked pepper and serve
