CRISPY SKIN SALMON WITH BUTTER FRIED GREENS

THIS MEAL IS FOR LUNCHES & DINNERS
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins | Serves: 1 people | Difficulty: Easy

- Add asparagus, brocollini and finely chopped Brussel sprouts in the same pan and add two teaspoons of butter. Season with salt and coat with butter. Turn Salmon and cook for a further three or four minutes and remove
- In a hot frying pan, add two teaspoons of oil and add salt seasoned salmon skin side down and cook for three minutes without moving the salmon.
- Plate asparagus and brocollini and place salmon on top. Add a dollop of sour cream and scatter fried Brussel sprouts around the outside.
- Season with cracked pepper and serve
