PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

THIS MEAL IS FOR SNACKS

- Crush or blitz 100g of mixed nuts. Do not crush too much, leave some chunks
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and in a silicon muffin tray, pour mixture into twelve equal portions
- Freeze and serve

- 40 grams
- Nuts - Almonds, Mac, Cashews, Walnuts
