SALMON CAKES

THIS MEAL IS FOR LUNCHES & DINNERS

- Blitz 100g of cauliflower and add to a bowl. Then blitz salmon, garlic, salt and pepper, paprika and red onion and add to the bowl
- Add one egg and mix thoroughly
- In a hot pan, add three teaspoons of oil and spoon in three patties of equal size. Tidy up edges to make circles
- Cook for three to four minutes on one side then carefully flip and repeat
- Remove and plate with salad leaf and top with one Tablespoon of light sour cream
