COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blitz 100g of cauliflower and add to a bowl. Then blitz salmon, garlic, salt and pepper, paprika and red onion and add to the bowl
  2. Add one egg and mix thoroughly
  3. In a hot pan, add three teaspoons of oil and spoon in three patties of equal size. Tidy up edges to make circles
  4. Cook for three to four minutes on one side then carefully flip and repeat
  5. Remove and plate with salad leaf and top with one Tablespoon of light sour cream
