SCRAMBLED EGG ON BACON AND MUSHROOM

THIS MEAL IS FOR BREAKFAST

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Finely slice bacon and mushroom and add to a hot pan with one teaspoon of butter and cook until bacon crisps.
  2. Season with a pinch of salt and a splash of Worcestershire sauce, cook for a further minute then remove
  3. Crack three eggs and gently mix (Not whisk) until egg yolk marbles. Season with salt and add two teaspoons of butter (two knobs)
  4. In the same frying pan as you cooked the bacon, wipe with a paper towel and line with spray oil. Pour in egg and on a low heat, constantly stir until butter melts and egg starts to harden, but not set. Remove before the egg sets. Should be silky, not hard
  5. Plate bacon and mushroom and place egg on top
  6. Optional: Scatter with water cress and cracked pepper
