SIMPLE SALMON SCRAMBLE WITH PARMESAN AND CHIVES

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crack three eggs in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add cream and whisk until combined
  2. Roughly chop smoked salmon and add to the egg mix with finely chopped chives and a Tablespoon of grated parmesan
  3. In a hot frying pan, add one teaspoon of butter and coat the surface. Pour in egg and keep stirring until the eggs firm up but do not go rubbery.
  4. Remove and serve with a dollop of sour cream
