Welcome and congratulations for starting your journey to a healthier, stronger and leaner you with KETOFAST program!
I have personally designed this program from 16 years as a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, to be as simple, convenient and delicious as possible to give you the best chances of success.
I know that you are going to not only love the food, but the way you feel from this WOE (way of eating) and I would like to encourage you to first introduce yourself and then share your experiences with the KETOFAST community via our private forum. You can now access your online account where you will be able to view your meal plans for the first four weeks and your shopping lists. Click on the selected meal and the recipe will expand which you can view on a computer, mobile device or print.
At the top right of each meal plan, you will see a button to download your shopping list. The list is separated into different areas of the supermarket to simplify your shopping. Then all you need to do is get cooking!
All recipes have ingredients for one portion, however to make things as simple and convenient as possible, you will cook two portions at dinner time so that your lunch for the following day is already prepared. All lunches and dinners have the same nutritional profile so you can swap them out if there is something you do not like.
If you are cooking dinner just for one, double the ingredient size so you have one portion for lunch the next day. If you are cooking for multiple people, multiply the servings to suit.

Under your profile tab, I encourage you to set your starting weight and measurements and your goals. You will then be able to upload your progress and track over the coming weeks. You will be amazed with the results if you stick with the plan, so I also encourage you to take a before photo so in a couple of month time you can see how far you have come. Please make sure that you read the tips and watch the video which is displayed at the top of the page of your week one meal plan. There is some important information for you to understand before you start the program.
